Description
Celebrating 10 years of cryptocurrency's invention, Hublot launched the Big Bang Meca-10 P2P in a limited edition of 210 pieces.
This watch is based upon the flagship Big Bang, with its chunky 45mm microblasted black ceramic case. It’s incredibly durable and, in pitch black, is more than a little intimidating. That case protects a skeletonised version of Hublot’s superb in-house HUB1201 calibre and its impressive 10-day power reserve.
Prominently featured on the dial around the 3 o’clock position is a bitcoin logo, and on the sapphire caseback a map of the world is shown with rays of light connecting dots. The blue leather strap has a circuit-board style design, and engraved onto the edge of the bezel is the individual bitcoin transaction number. Prominently featured is the 10 o’clock marker, the only hour marker with an Arabic numeral, another nod to the 10-year anniversary of bitcoin, which was originally launched in November of 2008.
