Urwerk claims that the new UR-100V "Magic T" embodies the brand's minimalistic operations. The new, all-titanium UR-100V maximizes adaptability by breaking down the typically maximalist Urwerk concept into its component pieces and relying on titanium's everyday appeal, or enchantment, while also taking tone, texture, and color into account.
The UR-100V, which is a part of Urwerk's expanding 100 series, sports a titanium case that is 41 mm in diameter, 49.7 mm from top to bottom, and 14 mm thick, including the domed sapphire crystal. The UR-100V has been heavily criticized by the media for its matte, contemporary, and wholly industrial appearance, with an emphasis on readability and finishing that highlights the inherent properties of titanium.
The brand's UR 12.02 automatic movement powers the UR-100V. The movement is operated by a crown that is positioned at 12 o'clock (or at least where 12 would be on a more traditional watch), and it has a 48-hour power reserve and a 4 Hz rate.
